Pepper Consult is founded and managed by Jan Paul Steenbergen, and works as a network organisation with a fixed pool of freelance consultants completed by a network of complementary partners that share the same values and approach.

Pepper Consult has a broad client portfolio in the private, non-profit and public sector.

Our frame of reference allow us to deliver added value to small, medium-sized and large organisations.

We focus on strategic transformations, and collaborate intensively with the key players of our client at Board and Top Management level.

Our home market is the Benelux, but we often work with organisations that have a European or Global reach. Our consultants are proficient in English, Dutch and French and have a broad international experience (minimum 10 years).

We focus on the guidance of the strategy development, and take maximum benefit of the available market, product and organisation experience, both internal and external.

Within a limitid timeframe we create meaning and clarity on the strategic direction and translate this into a long term strategic plan.
